Since lavenderbay brought home their new Cardigan puppy, I have been thinking about my younger days. It’s a quiet Sunday here, so I decided to look through our photo archives for puppy pictures. Here’s what I found of me, Nash and Scruff.
.
First, here’s me as me now:
Here’s a photo of my dearest MommaDog Princess with me and my littermates. I’m the second from the right:
.
Here’s Nash last December:
Here he is at three months:
.
And of course, Scruff, the Evil Genius himself as an adult:
And at six weeks:
It’s so amazing how much we grow up, isn’t it?

I think it’s the hat that made Scruff grow up evil.

I think you got something there, James. The breeder took that shot, not my owner!

The evil genius looks só innocent as a puppy!
You were cute, but you know, I fall for your magnificent nose!
I adore your nose: If Cleopatra had had a nose like yours, history would have been changed!

Awww, the little scoodie-boodie-woodies! Baby Nash looks so much like Fergus. And you… was that your first-day photo? It’s really neat how Cardigans are born as hamsters with tails, and then go through the Saint-Bernard instar stage before becoming Cardigans; their intelligence must be partly due to all that life experience.

Awwww! The puppy pictures of you 3 are so cute! Even the evil genius looks cute and innocent. Maybe he didn’t get enough ham sandwiches growing up.
