Cardigan Science Presents

“Today on Cardigan Science Presents, we are venturing into the habitat of an unusual blue merle cardigan welsh corgi who has a special physical characteristic known to experts simply as The Tongue Thing. Thanks to high-powered telephoto lenses, we observe our subject sleeping…”

.

.

“Let’s go in for a closer look, shall we? Note the angle of the tongue as it peeks out past the lip…”

.

.

“Zooming in further still, we can clearly see, in great detail, the effect the nose, lip, whiskers and fur have in boosting the cuteness factor of the tongue…”

.

.

“Our subject senses our gaze and awakens. I am sure we will return again to experience the calming silliness of The Tongue Thing.”

wow! mesmerizing! did you get grant funds to purchase the high power telephoto lens? will you be reporting your findings to an international panel of scientists in a european nation this fall?

thank you for sharing the results of your research!

It looks as though everyone’s into naturalism blogs these days.

I got funding from the Kibble Institute, a dog nutrition think tank in Alexandria Virginia. We are currently working on a double-blind tongue cuteness test; the findings will be added to our tongue thing research.

i would like to post a picture of subject “barney” tonight. i hope he can help you in your studies. and of course, you may use any cody bear tongue shots you need for your data collection.

Cool!

Nice unnecessary close ups! :P

Checkers, I’m glad you didn’t object to Cardigan Science Presents getting shots of you because I surely enjoyed the cuteness factor.

i think you will truly appreciate today’s dog daily photo:
