On the Prowl

We got a bonus walk at noon today!

My owner forgot a bag, so we waited for him. “What’s taking so long?!”

Doesn’t this look like one of those cellphone commercials - “More Bars in More Places!”

Our favorite stop sign pole. Always a fine bouquet of calling card smells.

I saw this yard and thought, “These people need to learn to pick up after their dogs!” My owner told me the ‘poops’ were just dirt; they were made by a lawn machine. Weird.

It’s Lucy, the neighbor dog. Nash pulls on the leash and barks like he wants to fight. Lucy goes nuts, safely behind her invisible fence. I just bark, not sure why, maybe to add to the general chaos. I don’t want to fight! This is the part of the walk where my owner gets his upper body workout.

All’s well, mission accomplished, heading home. Roger and Out.

thats what the bars on your juice phone would look like, naturally!

is your owner riding behind you in a wagon or a chariot or something?

Looks like a nice walk Checkers! A little scary when Lucy came out though!
Tuffy

I agree with Goodbear, you look like a chariot team from Ben Hur.
Or Huskies…
Wild, rugged, big tough arctic survival, stop at nothing, the mail must go through Huskies getting the job done at any cost.
Or you could even be three guys enjoying a pleasant walk, but the 1st 2 options sound more exciting :)

A chariot sounds cool! It does look like that. I’d pull a chariot, but none of that whip stuff. We did pull my owner’s son down the street on his skateboard once. We were flyin’!

of course no whips!

but…we may dangle a ham sandwich in front of you.

Chariots of the Dogs!
Traces of lawn machine are especially confusing on public lawns inhabited by Canada Geese.
I wonder why Checkers insists on the old-fashioned low-tech communications, instead of lazing on the porch and checking his text messages?

LOL! You’re too funny! That one picture indeed DOES look like an advert for “More Bars in More Places”…!

I agree with everybody’s comments and cannot top them; they are all brilliant! To compete with Ben Hur though, you may have to enlist Lucy to help. He had a team of 4.
