I thought you might like to meet another of the fourteen (!) pets that live at my house.
This is Albus. He is a male Eclectus parrot. He is nine years old. He likes to scream. LOUD. He is in love with my owner and thinks he is his mate (parrots I understand are weird like that). Albus regurgitates food and offers it to him (it’s a bird’s way of showing affection; frankly, even for me, a dog, it’s disgusting), my owner wisely refuses. His favorite place to hang out is on my owner’s shoulder. I think his beak is made of candy corn.
Sometimes Nash will let him ride on his back. Here Nash is barely putting up with him on the couch.
Albus is a real goof, a fearless silly boy. Speaking of silly boys…

I LOVE the beautiful, green color. If you weren’t color-challenged, I bet you would love looking at him just to see the beautiful green. I had to laugh out loud at the picture of him on Nash’s back. Hehehe That was a surprise! Of course your silliness is so cute.

Seriously…..14 pets? Are some of those fish, though? No, that doesn’t matter. That’s still crazy! Do you own a pet store? Does that get expensive with vet bills, food, treats, etc?

I would love a pet rat but my wife says a definite NO on that matter. She has maintained this unwavering stand for the past 12 years.
I think I’m a big enough Rat-Bag for her to deal with.
